We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront property. the location was convenient with a gas station and grocery store right next door, and the beach just across the street. the host, Nicolas, was always available and made sure our needs were taken care of. the property was clean and well-maintained, and the communication with the host was excellent. the amenities like streaming services, air conditioning, and keypad entry made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. We also appreciated the snacks and coffee supplies provided upon arrival, as well as the abundance of clean towels and beach chairs. it exceeded our expectations and we will definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting the area.

Would come here again, no complaint, loved it very much. In our opinion, it’s a great base for travelling to St. Pete Beach. Nice to have a sofa bed, central heating and an iron available. Stuff is always amiable and pleasant...

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a lovely room with cozy furniture, a comfortable bed, and plenty of amenities like beach chairs, umbrella. The location was perfect, just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. The staff treated us well and communication was great.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

Our recent stay at Sunset Beach Suites was fantastic! The location was perfect, just across the road from the sandy shore. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great to keep us cool. We loved the keyless entry, which made things so convenient. The welcome package with snacks and coffee supplies was a nice touch. we had a great experience at Sunset Beach Suites and would definitely recommend it.
While the suite was great overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. Some of the light switches were finicky and the dining table chairs weren't very clean.

This hotel provided everything I needed as a disabled guest. The keyless entry and well-equipped rooms made my stay hassle-free. The comfortable beds and convenient washer and dryer were a bonus. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and with many restaurants nearby.
I felt very cared for, and there was nothing to complain about during my stay.
